Heavy Police Activity Reported On Road In Wappinger

There is a heavy police presence on a road in Wappinger late Tuesday afternoon.

State Police confirmed just before 5 p.m. troopers are engaged in activity on Maloney Road. 

There is no threat to public safety, police said, adding that additional information will be released as soon as it is available.
